The strategic geographic location of Verahotel, placed between the Mediterranean and the Almería mountainous area allows to the use of the best sorts and qualities. The talent in the direction of the extraordinary Chef, Eugenio López, makes the rest.

In our kitchen he is indispensable the matchless red Gambón of Garrucha or, of the interior, the tender and exquisite lechal Cabrito, of insurmountable flavor. But there is more. We counted on one varied regional kitchen, in which the cinegetic is strongly represented. We have not left in the forgetfulness the native kitchen, with transmitted recipies of alive voice and without reserves, for the more demanding delight of tastes. In Verahotel we are determined in the recovery of our regional typical kitchen and in the more traditional Mediterranean kitchen.
